What we do with your details.

Short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply, and we don't sell it or hand it around. The rest of this page says the same thing in full, so your IT team can read it before you press send.

What we collect

When you email us, we collect your name, your email address, and anything you choose to tell us: usually your company and a short description of what you'd like fixed. We don't ask for anything more than that, and we'd rather you didn't send sensitive data in a first message.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry: to read what you've sent, reply, and work out whether we're the right fit. We don't use your details for marketing lists, and we won't pass them to anyone outside the people involved in answering you.

Who handles it

Your email comes straight to our inbox at hello@evogean.com and is read only by the people involved in answering you. We don't route enquiries through third-party form providers.

How long we keep it

If we start working together, your details become part of the project record and are kept for as long as that engagement and our normal business obligations require. If we don't end up working together, we remove your enquiry once the conversation has clearly ended, and within twelve months at the latest. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we'll confirm once it's done.

NDAs and data processing

We're happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything commercially sensitive, and a data processing agreement covering how we handle personal data on your behalf. Just ask when you get in touch and we'll sort it before any work starts.

Getting in touch

For anything about your data, whether a copy, a correction, or a deletion, email hello@evogean.com and we'll come back to you within one business day.
