We read every message ourselves and usually reply within one to two business days, often with a question or two back, because we'd rather understand the problem before proposing anything.

You describe the bottleneck; we tell you plainly whether it's worth building for, whether something off-the-shelf already handles it, or whether it isn't our strength. If it's a fit, the next step is usually Discovery, so we're both reading from the same map before any work starts. The first call is no-obligation.

Fit call
A short call about where the hours go — no slides, no obligation. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the call and point you at something better.
Discovery
We map how the work really happens and hand back your Business Transformation Blueprint: what to fix first, with the money attached to each. The Blueprint and its evidence are yours to keep — no lock-in.
Build proposal
Implementation comes as a separate, capped-fee proposal you can accept, defer or take elsewhere. If you go ahead with us, the Discovery fee credits in full against the build.
